Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahaman AbdulRazaq has coast home with victory in the All Progressive Congress APC, Governorship primary election in Kwara.
This will be the second time he emerged winner, last was in the eve of 2019 election.
Declaring the election result, Presiding Officer, Emmanuel Dandaura said Governor AbdulRazaq who emerged unopposed, polled 961 votes from the 965 accredited delegates, while four votes were declared invalid.
In his acceptance speech, Governor AbdulRazaq commended the delegates and people of kwara state for the honour to affirm his nomination for second term in office.
He said that his administration impacted positively on across all sectors of the government, as no part of Kwara State was left without government presence.
He promised that interest of Kwarans would continue to be the priority of his administration.
