The Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari, with the Ministers of Works Raji Fashola and that of Finance and National Planning, Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed, arrived Kano, Thursday to get a first hand assessment of the federal project.
Maxilens News gathered that the delegation is expected to head to Kaduna state by road for another assessment.
The governor of Kano state Abdullahi Ganduje was at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) where he received the delegation.
They are also expected to hold a town hall meeting with relevant stakeholders on the all – important federal government projects.
At Karfi town an official from Julius Berger Nigeria briefed the federal government delegation on the construction methodology and recycling technology.
