Kwara State Government recently mobilised the Nigerian Army to sweep forests in Ile Ire District of Ifelodun Local Government Area with a view to flushing out criminal elements hibernating in one of the agrarian belts of the state. This is an ongoing exercise whereby the state government engages the security agencies, including the police, to prevent criminals from gaining any foothold in Kwara.
