Kwara North All Progressives Congress, APC Stakeholders Forum has called on Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to come out and declare for the second term.

Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Engineer Yakubu Danladi-Salihu made this call on behalf of other political office holders from Kwara North during a meeting of Kwara North APC Stakeholders Forum rally at Bode Sa’adu, Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State.

Engineer Danladi-Salihu said that under the administration of Governor AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq, the Kwara North Senatorial District has been liberated through the numerous infrastructural development projects being executed.

He implored sons and daughters of Kwara North to go and obtain their Permanent Voters Card so that they can be able to deliver bulk vote for the Governor next year stressing that this is the only to show appreciation for his good work.

According to him, those clamoring governorship bid for Kwara North in 2023 are politicians who are no longer relevant in the scheme of things.

Earlier in their separate remarks, representative of the five Local Government Councils that make up Kwara North, Baruten, Edu, Moro, Pategi and Kaiama took turn to highlight various developmental projects being executed by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq hence the need to throw their weight behind his second term bid.

There were goodwill messages from Federal and State lawmakers from Kwara North, Commissioners, and APC stalwarts such as Alhaji Ilyasu Ibrahim, Alhaji Abdullahi Samari, Alhaji Muhammed Sakiwa, Mallam Abdullahi Sabi, Dr Aminat Ahmed and others.
