The Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III has declared tomorrow (Thursday) 23/3/2023 as the first day of Ramadan, 1444AH
The Sultan made the declaration at his palace in Sokoto following receiving information from moon sighting committees from various states in the country.
He charged Muslims to commence fasting Ramadan Tomorrow (Thursday)
His eminence also called on wealthy individuals to support the needy to enable them fast Ramadan in a favourable condition.
He also urged them to use the period to pray for elected politicians to deliver well.
