Ganduje Asks School Principals To Relocate To School Premises Or Face Sack

The Kano State Government has directed all Principals of boarding schools in the state to relocate to their school premises or face being sacked.

At a presentation of Common Entrance Examination forms to zonal educational inspectors, the state Commissioner of Education, Mr Muhammad Sanusi-Kiru, gave the directive.

He said that all Principals henceforth, expected to relocate to their school premises to ensure the security and safety of their students.

“I am directing all principals of boarding schools to relocate to their schools immediately or face the sack.

“Any Principal that has issues with accommodation within the school should write to the ministry so that necessary measures can be taken,” the statement says.
