Kwara State Bureau of Micro Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Bill Twenty Twenty-one has been submitted to Kwara State House Assembly by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.
The Speaker, Engineer Yakubu Danladi-Salihu read the letter to his colleagues at the plenary on Tuesday.
The bill seeks to provide for the establishment and promote investment in Micro and Small Scale Businesses in the state.
Engineer Danladi-Salihu referred the bill to House Committee on Rules, Ethics and Business to slate it for further legislative action.
In another development, the House also received a petition from Gerewu Community signed by one Sodiq Kolapo on illegal building of filling station in the area.
The Petitioner alleged that the location where the filling station is situated is not for industrial purpose.
The petitition was referred to House Committee on Rules, Ethics and Business and report back to House soonest
