A bill for the establishment of Kwara Investment Promotion Agency has been passed into law by the Kwara State House of Assembly.
The Bill was passed into law after the House received the report of Ad-hoc Committee on the bill chaired by the Deputy Speaker, Raphael Adetiba during Wednesday’s plenary.
Presenting the report, Mr Adetiba representing Oke-Ero Constituency recommended the passage of Kwara Investment Promotion Agency bill into law as all invited stakeholders at the Public Hearing on the bill supported the establishment of the agency
The Speaker, Engineer Yakubu Danlad-Salihu however directed the Clerk of the House, Hajia Alimah Jummai Kperogi to forward a clean copy of the bill for Governor’s assent.
