Kwara Speaker Mourns Elerin of Erin.

The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu has described the death of Elerin of Erin Ile, Oba Ibrahim Abdulganiyu Ajibola Olusookun II MFR as a colossal loss.

Rt. Hon. Engr. Danladi-Salihu in his condolence message noted that the first-class monarch was an accomplished personality who ruled his community for 41 years with an enviable record of achievements praying to Allah to accept his return and bless him with Aljanat Fridaos.

“Oba Ibrahim Abdulganiyu Ajibola Olusookun II MFR was a rare monarch with exceptional qualities of leadership and community development whose death has dealt us a great blow. The late monarch while reigning for 41 years strived hard to build and sustain peace, progress, and bring development to Erin-Ile and beyond”

“On behalf of the Kwara State House of Assembly, our condolences go to the immediate family of Olusookun II, the Erin-Ile Traditional Council, and the community as well as the good people of the state as a whole. May Allah forgive Oba Olusookun II and admit him into Aljanat Firdaos”
