The Kwara State Civil Service Commission says the 2020 oral promotion interview for officers from Grade Level 07 to 17, who had sat for the written examination would commence next Monday 24th May,2021.
Chairman of the Commission, Hajjia Habeebat Anike Yusuf disclosed this in a statement issued by Public Reactions Officer of the Commission, Muritala Shakeerat in Ilorin.
According to Hajia Aninike-Yusuf, the interview would last for about six weeks from Mondays to Fridays every week.
She advised all the affected Civil Servants to fill all necessary documents and submit same four days before the interview date through Staff officer of their respective Ministry, Department and Agencies (MDAs) to avoid delay or outright cancellation of the interview for any erring officer.
She also advised that the officers appear with their face masks, Original Certificates, evidence of change of Names, examination slip, Letter of first Appointment, Letter of Last Promotion and other relevant documents, warning that the Commission would not embark on make-up interview for any candidate who missed the interview.
