The West African Nations of Burkina Faso and Mali have released a Joint-Declaration stating a “Armed Intervention” by ECOWAS or France against the Military Junta in Niger would be considered a Declaration of War against their Countries and that they will assist Niger in any Invasion; they also stated that if ECOWAS decides to launch an Operation in Niger they will leave the Organization.
