The Founder and Chairman of the Gbenga Power Foundation,  Honourable Gbenga Power Oyekunle has described the demise of Oludofian of Idofian,  Oba Zubair Agboola Adeyeye Oyesoro II as shocking.

In a condolence message he personally signed,  Honourable Gbenga Power said Oba Agboola Adeyeye who ascended the throne of his forefathers 56 years ago was a rallying point not only in Kwara South but in the state as a whole.

He noted that although the royal father would be missed for his fatherly counsel, the entire people of Igbomina are consoled that the late Oludofian lived his footprint in the sands of time.

“Without being immodest, Oba Zubair Agboola Adeyeye was an icon of his time not just as a traditional ruler; but a progressive minded person and lover of peace.  We will surely miss him because as the custodian of Idofian traditional institution, he carried out his duties with all sense of responsibility since 1965 I pray God grant his soul eternal rest ”

Honourable Gbenga Power who condole the people of Idofian community,  Ifelodun Local Government and Kwara State prayed Allah to grant the monarch paradise and give his family and entire people fortitude to bear the loss.
