Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers on Friday hijacked a bus of a popular transport company travelling to Abuja from Benin.
All the passengers in the 16 seater bus were abducted by the gunmen, while the driver of the vehicle was reportedly shut dead.
Maxilensnews gathered that the the incident happened along the Benin-Auchi Expressway.
In another development, the Chairman of Esan Central Local Government Area, Professor Waziri Edokpa, was kidnapped along Benin-Ekpoma road on Friday.
The passengers and Prof. Waziri, haven’t been found at the moment as their whereabouts is still uncharted.
