Imo State Police Command has confirmed the release of the Auxiliary Bishop of Owerri Archdiocese, Moses Chikwe who was kidnapped on Sunday 27th December, 2020.
The Imo Command’s Spokesman, Orlando Ikeokwu said in a statement that the Bishop was released unhurt, without payment of ransom.
According to him his rescue followed a ceaseless efforts by the men of the Imo State Police Command.
