The Common Entrance (Placement) Examination into Junior Secondary Schools across the 16 Local Government Areas of the State is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 26 August, 2023.
The Common Entrance Examination is expected to hold by 8:00 am prompt in the various examination centres across the state.
In a statement issued by Peter Amogbonjaye, Press Secretary,
Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, the Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, warned Headteacher/Principal and pupils to shun examination malpractices in any form.
The statement explains that the placement examination is fully sponsored by the state government and as such, any Principal/Headteacher caught collecting illegal money from the pupils would be made to face the full wrath of the law.
Members of the general public are hereby enjoined to note that the examination has not been shifted, please.
Also,there will be vehicular and human movement across the the state due the common entrance examination (placement examination) that is going to hold tommorow August 26,2023.
