Kwara State Police Command Rescues 3 Persons From Kidnappers’ Den

Kwara State Police Command says it has rescued three persons abducted at Elefo Farms, Tafatafa village in Asa Local Government Area of the State.

A statement by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Ajayi Okasanmi says Devine Favour, Tosin Arogundade and Mariam Salihu have been released unhurt through collaborative efforts of the Police, Vigilantes, local hunters and families of the victims.

While assuring people of Kwara State of adequate safety, the Police Spokesperson said efforts are on top gear to rescue the three hundred level student of Kwara State University who was also abducted earlier in the week.

Three persons were kidnapped at Tafatafa village of Asa Local Government by four men who put on Army camouflage uniforms last Monday around 3:30pm.
