The Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry saddled with the responsibility of probing the shooting of EndSARS protesters at the Lekki tollgate has summoned the army to appear before it , Maxilensnews gathered .
The army has however said that it will not honour any invitation by the panel , except it is from the state government .
The 7-man panel , which commenced its work on Monday is also saddled with the task of probing allegations of brutality by men of the now disbanded Special Anti -Robbery Squad(SARS) .
