NSCDC DECORATES NEWLY PROMOTED OFFICERS IN KWARA STATE

The Kwara State Commandant of the Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corp’s Makinde Iskil Ayinla (CC) yesterday 8th June, 2021 honoured and decorated the newly promoted senior officers at the Ade Abolurin hall, Kwara State Headquaters in ilorin.

The decoration ceremony came on the heels of the 2020 promotion released by (CDFICB) which a hand full of officers in Kwara state command were beneficiaries.

The ceremony was attended by principal officers and families of the newly promoted officer.

The commandant in his remark stated that it is germane to note the relentless effort of the Commandant General Ahmed Abubakar Audi PhD mni in reforming and repositioning the corps with the support of the board under the leadership of the honourable minister of interior Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola who provided a fair and transparent screening for the selection of the newly promoted officers.

The commandant congratulated the newly promoted officers and emphasized that thier promotion was as a result of meritorious dedication to work and professional excellence. He said to whom much is given, much is expected”.  However, he urged them to see the promotion as a call for improved services to the nation.

DCC Sheriff Quassim in his good will message congratulated the celebrants for their well-deserved elevation and he aslo charged them to deploy their intellect and demonstrate sound professional judgement in all their decisions at all times.

DCC Monica gave the vote of thanks on behalf of the newly promoted officers. She expressed her gratitude to God for sustenance and appreciated the Commandant General for the alevation and opportunity to serve the corp’s and the country at large.
