SARS: University Don wants Buhari to back disbandment with executive order

The disbandment of the Special Anti Robbery Squard by the inspector General of Police has been described as a welcome development.

Dr. David Adebayo of the Guidance and Counseling Department University of Ilorin while speaking in a telephone interview with Maryam Giwa-Belo said the decision if truly abide by is a good one.

Dr. Adebayo said this is not the first time the force headquarters is announcing dissolution of SARS, as they have caused a lot of harms to Nigerian youth.

The Academician also called on the president to yield to the call of Nigerians and sign an executive order which will support the disbandment because they are still seen on the road harrasing people.
