The South West Agenda For Bola Ahmed Tinubu 2023, SWAGA has expressed its concern for the recently concluded ward congresses held across the country.
In a Communique signed by the National Chairman of SWAGA, Senator Dayo Adeyeye, the group expressed cited the lingering conflicts across party lines and the narrow-victory of Governor Akeredolu has reasons why the congresses shouldn’t have been conducted in such a unilateral manner.
The Agenda which noted that the Extraordinary National Convention Planning Committee CECPC would have meant well for the party argued that it would have been better if consultations and negotiations with aggrieved parties were concluded before staging the convention.
While making reference to the congress in Ekiti which according to the group was mere exhibition of democratic disorderliness, called on members of All Progressives Congress not to allow internal conflicts to fester if the party is desirous of victory in coming election
SWAGA however called on its remember to remain resolute and committed to the Tinubu Agenda in 2023.
