Abdullahi Ganduje, immediate former governor of Kano State, has been appointed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Executive Committee (NEC) on as the party’s national chairman.
During his acceptance speech Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje promised to provide functional offices of the party across the 36 states of the federation.
Meanwhile, an APC stalwart in Kano state, where Ganduje hails from Dr. Isa Tafida has said that “the choice of the party to settle for Ganduje was due to his continuous loyalty to President Tinubu and his track record to be able to hold people together.”
He said Ganduje will further unite the party and take it to greater height as their choice was based on his competencies for the position.
