The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, has extolled LT Col Ramat Suleiman as she assumes the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Nigerian Army.
The Emir stated that she deserves accolades, being the first female from Ilorin Emirate to achieve such a prestigious rank.
Dr. Sulu Gambari prayed to Allah to grant her more elevation and protection in her career.
