Government at all levels have been urged to put measures in place towards eliminating insecurity in the country.

Bishop Adekola said government at all levels were saddled with responsibilities of protecting lives and property of citizens, hence the need to protect the vulnerable.

The Bishop of Igbomina Anglican Diocese also called on the citizens to play their parts by reporting suspicious movement to security operatives as well as pay their taxes regularly.

Leader, diaspora mission of the diocese, Reverend Michael Afolayan said the diocese would evangelize more to bring lost souls back to God.

Reverend Afolayan stressed that Igbomina Anglican Diocese would minister to both physical, spiritual and material needs of members and non-members for them to be rewarded on earth and heaven.

Similarly, an Offa based missioner, Professor Duro Adegboye urged Christians to continue to win souls for Jesus Christ to reduce number of people that would go to hell.

While noting that worldly achievement is not gateway to paradise, Professor Adegboye said anyone who wins souls for Jesus Christ would be crowned with glory as well as inherit kingdom of God.

The synod was climaxed with creation of Idofian missionary archdeaconry held by Canon Caleb Omoloye and Ogo-Oluwa missionary archdeaconry held by Reverend Olanrewaju Falana.
