Governor of Kano State Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has approved the appointment of additional 57 Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) into various fields.
This was contained in a statement signed by chief press secretary to the governor Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa which was made available to journalists in Kano on Friday.
All appointments take effect immediately as the appointees are directed to collect their letters of appointment from the office of secretary to the state government (SSG).
The government said the appointment is made in the spirit of inclusive government and to bring governance closer to the people.
