Kwara State House of Assembly has received list of Eight Commissioner Nominees for screening and confirmation from Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.
This was contained in message from the governor addressed to the Speaker, Engineer Yakubu Danladi-Salihu and read before his colleagues during plenary.
The Commissioner Nominees are Aliyu Kora-Sabi, Baruten, Raji Razaq, Ekiti, Fatima Arinola Lawal, Ilorin East and Saadah Maddibbo Kawu, Ilorin South.
Others are twenty four year old EndSars Panelist, Kaosarah Adeyi, Ilorin West, Aliyu Muhammad Saifudeen, Kaiama, Sulaiman Rotimi Iliasu, Moro and Wahab Femi Agbaje, Offa
Engineer Danladi-Salihu directed the Commissioner Nominees to submit thirty five copies of their credentials to the office of the Clerk of the House, Hajia Halimat Kperogi before tomorrow Wednesday 24th March while they are to appear for screening this Thursday.
The screening of Commissioner Nominees is slated for Thursday, this week.
In another development, The House also received Kwara State Sports Commission Bill twenty twenty-one for consideration.
The bill which seeks to establish governing board and appointment of Executive Chairman for the Commission was referred to the House Committee on Rules and Business for further action.
