KWARA APC CRISIS: ALL PARTIES WILL BE COMPENSATED: NWC

The Reconciliation Committee set up by the APC National Working Committee has affirmed that all factions within the APC family in Kwara State will be compensated.

Niger State Governor and Chairman North Central Governors Forum NCGF Abubakar Sani Bello who is also a member of the All Progressives Congress APC National Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee is part of a reconciliation meeting held at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja.

He noted that it’s not going to be a non-zero sum game for either party.

The meeting which is at the instance of the National Committee of the Party was aimed at resolving all the internal crisis that has engulfed the State Chapter which led to the suspension of the State Chairman of the Party.

The meeting is also believed would facilitate understanding by all parties involved to see reasons to embrace peace, tolerance, and forgiveness which will ultimately bring about the desired objective.

The reconciliation meeting was chaired by the APC National Secretary, Sen. John James Akpanudoedehe, with other members of the National Committee, all the critical Stakeholders of the Kwara State Chapter of the Party.

The Meeting ended and the leadership of the party referred the peace and reconciliation effort to the North Central Zonal Committee of the APC.

Furthermore, the National Headquarters noted that Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa should be compensated and considered for an assignment within the Government.

Alh Lai Muhammed spoke on behalf of the aggrieved group while Governor Abdulrazaq spoke on behalf of the governor’s wing.

Both camps are at this moment retreated to their various base to discusses the next line of action and how to accommodate BOB in any government position.
