Hon. TEEJAY without mincing words had consulted far and wide on the call on Him to run for Kogi West Senate come 2023 and given the facts that the processes to select the party candidates to contest at the general elections would definitely come up later this year we strongly believe in not just his capacity and performances but we believe it is politically right for him to seek a higher office the Senate given his sterling performances at the green chamber.
In leu of the afformentioned, we are not going to leave any stone unturned or underestimate any group gang up but we are going to continually make our campaign an issue based and our relationship with other groups would be fine tuned and our reaching out to the general populace would be doubled as the records on the streets of Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency are verifiable and could not be contested based on facts and figures.
We are very much aware of some Political interests that may be thinking otherwise we shall continue to reach out to them, appeal to them to consider the interest of the generalities of the people of Kogi West above personal interest even though personal interest they said it’s paramount which is not always the case particularly when the society needed to be developed but ultimately we must continue to make them see the need for collective responsibility to make things happen for the general benefit of all citizens.
Hon TEEJAY YUSUF is not God but considerably He stands for the majority, He had proven that as a leader that had been given a mandate to lead everyone must be carried along irrespective of groups and standing.
In 2023 we are must consider his performances at the red chamber, we must consider his pedigree as a person and we must consider Kogi West as a Senatorial district as a political zone that needed a proven character at the negotiation table, not someone that is negotiating for wealth gathering at the expense of all in the name of being a fighter for all.
He had touched every nook and cranny of Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency and we must not wished this away as such had positioned him to be given a higher responsibilities for more means to attract dividend of democracy to Kogi West come 2023.
As we approach the 2023 general elections, it is our wish and profound appeal to everyone to see beyond personal gains and pecuniary accepts to elevate performance against cajoles and “sakamajé” postures of some person’s.
